This website is partially in accordance with Royal Decree 1112/2018, reaching the AA level provided for by the regulations due to the exceptions and/or lack of conformity of the aspects indicated below.

  • There may be embedded maps and videos from services developed by third parties, which do not fully meet all accessibility requirements and are not under our control.
  • There could be office files in PDF or other formats published before September 20, 2018 that do not fully meet all accessibility requirements. Although efforts have been made to ensure that most of them do comply. Therefore, we are currently in the process of improving the website, in order to adapt to regulatory criteria.

Application procedure

Likewise, a claim may be initiated in the event that the period of twenty business days has elapsed without having obtained a response.

The claim can be presented through the Generic Instance of the electronic Headquarters of the corresponding Ministry, as well as in the rest of the options included in Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations.
